Job Overview:

The workup of the loan prior to submitting the loan to underwriting is an integral part of the processing cycle, primary responsibility for ensuring all the number is worked up correctly and disclose the CD in order for the underwriter to final approve the loan.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Setup Anticipated Closing Date, Disbursement Date & First Payment Date.
  • Set-up Escrow in Lakewood from Tax Certificate.
  • Set-up Hazard Insurance based on Declaration Page / prior policy.
  • Pull Payoff and update on CLAW.
  • Update Title Fees and Payee Names on Lakewood from Title Fee Sheet.
  • Update Refinance and Escrow Credit Transfer.
  • Update TRID Contacts (Settlement Agent / Lender).
  • Review and cure Tolerance as applicable.
  • Run FHA Refinance authorization – Only on FHA Loans.
  • Loan amount is set per guidelines.
  • Cash to Close to be setup based on loan product / LO comments.
  • Update non-borrowing spouse details for Spousal states and as applicable.
  • Automated Compliance Review.
  • Disclose Initial CD to all Parties.
  • Update & complete all initial Tracking items.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Qualification & Experience

Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:

  • Basic Degree completion (15 years of education). Or 12 Class + working experience in Indexing and Extraction in Archwell / Moder.
  • Good written and oral communications skills.

  • Minimum 1 year if working experience in US mortgage industry.

  • He / She should have experience in Wholesale Purchase workup/Initial CD process.

  • He / She should be familiar with all US mortgage documents which will help them to classify and extract the documents.

  • Strong time management skills to achieve follow through on claims requirements within timeframe allotted.

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with internal and external clients at all levels of the organization.

  • Support their Team leaders in clearing priority queues to meet the client KPI.

  • Should be willing to work in a 24*7 working environment – Rotational Shift and Rotational Weekly Offs.
