Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts cum Billing Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day billing operations and supporting the accounts department with accounting tasks, GST filing support, and other related functions. This role requires a basic understanding of accounting principles, invoicing processes, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:Billing Operations:

  • Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all billing entries are correctly recorded in the system.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing-related queries.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all invoices and credit/debit notes.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients for payment collection.

Accounts Support:

  • Assist the senior accountant with day-to-day accounting entries such as journal vouchers, expense booking, and bank entries.
  • Support in maintaining proper books of accounts.
  • Help with bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and vendor payments.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.

GST & Compliance:

  • Support in preparing data for GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
  • Ensure all invoices are GST compliant.
  • Help maintain records required for audits and statutory compliance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in billing and basic accounting functions.
  • Knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
