Position Overview: As a Learning/Admission Counselor at TrendyTech Insights, you will be responsible for connecting with Data enthusiast leads and getting them enrolled in our Big Data courses. You will serve as the main point of contact for leads, understanding their requirement and sharing information about the programs, fostering strong relations with them and helping them in their decision making. Your role will involve connecting with leads over call and other mediums and building a strong pipeline of potential leads, finally resulting in conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling Leads: Connecting with Organic leads with expected talk-time of 3 hours daily.
  • Lead Guidance: You will serve as the main point of contact for leads, understanding their requirement and sharing information about the programs, fostering strong relations with them and helping them in their decision making.
  • Lead Registration: Helping the Converted leads in registering for the course.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with students, making them ambassadors for TrendyTech Insights within their networks.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in English Language
  • Strong relation building and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office.
  • Understanding of big data technologies and trends in the IT industry is a plus.
