Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales of our enzyme and biotechnology product line across industries including sugar, alcohol, and fermentation. The role requires a strong background in industrial/B2B sales and the ability to build long-term client relationships in the Karnataka region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales of enzyme products across industrial sectors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Conduct regular client visits; extensive field travel is required.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong background in field sales within industrial/biotech/chemical sectors.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in enzyme sales will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Biotechnology OR
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
