This is a strategic leadership role for someone who is passionate about creating tangible, high-quality hardware for the Indian market.

What You'll Do

• Own the Product Lifecycle: You will lead the entire hardware product development process from concept to launch. This includes identifying market opportunities, creating product models, and defining the roadmap for new tools.
• Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, vet, and build strong relationships with the best domestic and international vendors to source high-quality parts and components. Your ability to negotiate costs and terms will be critical.
• Cost & Quality Execution: Develop detailed cost models for new products, ensuring they meet Buildskill's quality standards while being competitively priced for the Indian market.
• Lead R&D Efforts: You will directly lead and mentor the R&D Engineer, guiding the technical development, testing, and improvement cycles to bring your product vision to life.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: Champion a customer-centric approach, embedding user feedback and market research into every stage of product development.
• Travel for Success: This role requires significant domestic and international travel to meet with vendors, inspect manufacturing facilities, and stay ahead of market trends.

Please Note: This is a pure product development and sourcing role with zero sales targets or revenue responsibility. Your success will be measured by your ability to create exceptional products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
