Telecaller – Job Description

The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound calls from potential leads and providing them with accurate information about the company's products/services. The role requires effective communication, lead qualification, and coordination with the sales team for smooth follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend incoming calls from new leads and respond promptly.
  • Understand the customer's requirements and share relevant business information.
  • Record and update lead details in the CRM/lead management system.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before sharing with the sales team.
  • Forward verified leads to the concerned Sales Department for further follow-up.
  • Maintain a professional and positive communication experience for all callers.
  • Follow internal guidelines for call handling, lead transfer, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure leads are properly tracked and closed.
  • Prepare daily/weekly call reports as required by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (English/Malayalam/Hindi as required).
  • Ability to understand customer needs and explain product/service details clearly.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools (preferred).
  • Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
