To strengthen our sales and marketing team, we are hiring a fluent English Telecaller who can effectively communicate with clients, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT and Zoho solutions.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information to prospects.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with clients via phone and email .
  • Maintain call logs, update CRM, and ensure proper documentation of interactions..
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • School Education Board should be CBSE or ICSE
  • Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to explain services in a simple, customer-friendly way.
  • Strong persuasion, listening, and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (will be a plus)
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
