Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Head to lead the quality function in our Machining Division. The role involves ensuring product quality, compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement across all machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the quality team within the machining division.


• Ensure adherence to international and customer-specific quality standards.


• Implement and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures.


• Conduct audits, inspections, and ensure certification compliance.


• Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.


• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.


• Mentor and develop the quality team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in quality management for machining operations.


• Strong knowledge of machining processes, quality standards, and tools.


• Proven experience leading quality teams and implementing effective quality systems.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
