About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Trainer to deliver engaging, in-person training sessions on Python, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI. The trainer will independently handle training delivery, student mentoring, and curriculum implementation while ensuring practical, hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery: Conduct interactive, in-person sessions from foundational Python to advanced AI/GenAI topics.
  • Curriculum Management: Deliver pre-defined modules and create additional content/resources as needed.
  • Student Mentoring: Guide students with doubt resolution, project implementation, and practical applications.
  • Hands-On Learning: Facilitate coding labs, real-world projects, and applied assignments.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor and assess student learning through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
  • Content Relevance: Stay updated on emerging trends in Data Science, ML/DL, and Generative AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Python: Strong in data structures, OOP, and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
  • Data Analysis: Skilled in data wrangling, visualization, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Machine Learning: Practical experience with supervised & unsupervised algorithms (Scikit-learn).
  • Deep Learning: Solid understanding of neural networks with TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Generative AI: Familiar with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.

Other Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
  • Independent session handling and strong classroom management.
  • Willingness to travel within Hyderabad (Only two wheeler /bus fare /metro fare expenses covered ).
