Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping located in Indore. The associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel premises. Key responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing guest requests promptly, replenishing amenities, and maintaining hygiene standards. The associate will work closely with the housekeeping team to create a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Guest Services and Guest Service practices to ensure excellent guest experiences.
  • Strong Customer Service and Reservations knowledge to handle guest inquiries and bookings efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow hygiene and service standards.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude, team-player mentality, and a commitment to delivering exemplary service standards.
