Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an L1 professional located in the Greater Delhi Area. The primary responsibilities include providing technical assistance, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting basic system issues, and escalating complex technical problems to higher levels of support as necessary. The role also involves maintaining documentation of troubleshooting steps and supporting users with system setups, software installations, and basic network configurations. Collaboration with team members and ensuring a high standard of customer service are essential aspects of the position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving for hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Basic understanding of operating systems, system configurations, and software installations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer support
  • Ability to document technical issues and resolutions systematically
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution is a plus
  • Prior experience in an L1 or technical support role is advantageous
  • Relevant certifications or training in IT support or computer science is an added benefit
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
