Key Responsibilities

· Responsible to take manpower plan from each & every department once the AOP is finalized

· Regularly collect manpower requirement from each department head

· Has experience in Head hunting

· Has experience in Mass Hiring.

· Has worked/ used different Hiring portals

· Handle and maintain job portals and recruitment agencies

· Persistent follow ups and build connect with the candidates post offer and pre- joining

· Continuously update & improve the recruitment process to improve the quality of hire

. Present information & data about competitor's salaries & roles in similar industry

· Responsible for completing the recruitment as per the agreed TAT for all the grades

· Responsible to conduct recruitment process as per the timeline and defined budget

· Responsible for smooth run of recruitment life cycle

.Maintaining MIS Reports such as recruitment tracker, Manpower requisition tracker, Budget Vs Actual recruitment cost, attrition analysis

Education level And Relevant experience

· Graduate degree in any stream

· Post Graduation in HR

.More than 4 years' experience in relevant field.

· Strong Business Acumen
