About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and personal tasks.
  • Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and scheduling.
  • Ensure timely payment of bills and maintenance-related follow-ups.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to household staff.
  • Coordinate and conduct meetings with house staff; track tasks and ensure execution.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining personal and professional calendars.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to handle varied responsibilities and occasional travel.
