Position Summary:

This role is responsible for Site Engineering activities for USFDA site with Injectable background and Qualification in Electrical Engineering.

Key responsibilities:

He is authorize to sign (as a doer / reviewer / verifier)

A.    Engineering GMP Documents

B.     Break Down / Preventive Maintenance Report

C.     Qualification Documents.

D.    QMS document review and closing.

E.     Any other documents related to QMS.

2. Handling of Halol-1 (Sterile) Engineering Operation, HVAC, Electrical and Facility Management related activity.
3. Preventive Maintenance approval, Instrument / Equipment inward approval, Qualification protocol and SOP review and approval.
4. Improvements to reduce the Break down time of Production Equipments.
5. To ensure all critical utilities as HVAC and Water systems are available round the clock as per requirement.
6. Conceptualize and Implement Energy Conservation measures for Energy & water.
7. Preparation of annual Revenue budget and ensure expenses are within budget.
8. Propose annual Capital budget for finalization & implement the sanctioned Capex.
9. Handling of Engineering & Facility modification related activity.
10. Rolling out the Good Engineering Practices and standards in various functions of Engineering.
11. To ensure availability of the spares and maintain inventory of critical spares having long delivery time.
12. Standardization and Harmonization of documentation and procedure in engineering department.
13. Ensure continuous improvement in engineering operating system in coordination with plant maintenance leaders & production team leaders to avoid breakdowns and repeated failures.
14. Tracking of Capex and Modification related activity. Ensuring delivery of the activity in terms of safety, quality, timelines and budget. 
15. To ensure all engineering SOP, records and schedule are updated as per QMS. 
16. Participate in Technical Investigations. 
17. Participate in monthly Quality council meetings and update status of QMS documents. 
18. Ensure that QMS documents are closed as per time line. 
19. Compliance of internal and external observation points. 
20. To ensure timely completion of training related activity. 
21. Handling the Facility Management team operations for the site. 
22. To evaluate change control related to global IT division.

B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) with experience in Regulated markets and Sterile background
