Job Role:

The Engineer – IT is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA, CRM, and related digital platforms, assisting in automation of business processes, MIS reporting, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across departments. The role involves hands-on system support, user training, documentation, and participation in business excellence initiatives such as MRMs and CAPA closures.

Responsibilities and Scope of Work:

· Assist in the functional configuration and testing of SAP S/4 HANA and CRM modules.

· Troubleshoot day-to-day issues reported by users and provide timely resolution.

· Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for technical support and change requests.

· Support data entry, validation, and integrity across ERP/CRM systems.

· Assist in identifying manual processes for automation and propose basic digital workflow solutions.

· Help in the development and testing of automation scripts or tools as directed.

· Support generation and automation of MIS reports using tools such as Excel macros, Power BI, or system-based dashboards.

· Provide first-level support and guidance to end-users for ERP/CRM usage.

· Assist in preparing training materials and documentation for internal users.

· Conduct hands-on sessions or demos for functional users during new feature rollouts.

· Support the Manager in tracking project deliverables and maintaining project timelines.

· Document meeting minutes, task lists, and follow-up items.

· Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.

· Participate in Monthly Review Meetings (MRMs) and document action points.

· Follow up with stakeholders on CAPA actions and update status trackers.

· Assist in regular audits of system usage and report non-conformities.

· Work on ad-hoc digital initiatives and system improvement assignments as required.

· Maintain updated records, logs, and reports for all assigned projects.

Accountabilities:

· Accurate and timely resolution of ERP/CRM issues.

· Active contribution to automation and digital improvement initiatives.

· Ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer for all assigned tasks.

· Supporting user engagement and adoption through consistent training and communication.

Deliverables:

· Resolved issue logs and ticket closure reports.

· Updated MIS reports and dashboards.

· Training materials and user guides.

· MRM documentation and CAPA tracking sheets.

· Weekly/Monthly status reports on digital projects/tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
