
Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, and networking.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain and update sales records using Microsoft Excel.
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline activity.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, sorting/filtering, creating reports).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
