Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated
Marketing Executive
to join our team and play a critical role in driving business growth. This position is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through outbound prospecting, marketing campaigns, and relationship-building activities. The ideal candidate will be skilled at using tools such as
ZoomInfo
and
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, confident in cold outreach, and capable of creating impactful client-facing presentations. This role is essential to building a strong sales pipeline and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct
cold calls, email marketing, and LinkedIn outreach
to engage prospects and generate interest. - Plan and execute
marketing campaigns
to build awareness and attract qualified leads. - Use
ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
for targeted prospect research. - Generate
qualified leads
and book appointments with decision-makers. - Build, organize, and maintain a detailed
prospect database
. - Clearly understand and apply the
differences between marketing and sales
in daily activities. - Collaborate with the
sales team
to ensure effective lead nurturing and improve lead-to-deal conversion rates. - Create
professional client presentations
using PowerPoint or similar tools. - Track, measure, and report on key lead-generation metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong
verbal and written communication skills
with the ability to influence and engage prospects. - Proven experience using
ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
for prospecting. - Ability to
handle objections
and confidently perform cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn). - Clear understanding of
marketing vs. sales functions
. - Self-motivated, target-driven
, and able to work independently. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience
writing proposals for government projects
. - Knowledge of
Zoho CRM
or similar CRM platforms. - Strong
data analysis and reporting skills
to measure campaign effectiveness. - Familiarity with
B2B technology or cybersecurity industries
