Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Hotel General Manager based in Lucknow. The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, providing excellent customer service, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth management of all hotel departments, including Food & Beverage services. The role also involves leading and coordinating the team to meet business goals while maintaining a high standard of hospitality services.

Qualifications

  • Strong General Management and Business Management skills to oversee and coordinate all hotel operations effectively
  • Exceptional Customer Service capabilities to ensure guest satisfaction and handle customer interactions professionally
  • Competence in Budgeting and financial management to manage, monitor, and optimize hotel expenses and revenue
  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations to ensure high-quality dining services and manage related staff
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills to guide teams and optimize performance
  • Proficiency in communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable
