
Receptionist (data entry)

We are seeking a Receptionist (Data Entry) who will be the first point of contact for our office, while also handling data entry and basic administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and good attention to detail in maintaining records and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and manage front desk operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, courier, etc.).
- Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining company databases and records.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Support HR/administration with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist in coordinating office activities and provide support to different departments as required.
High school diploma/graduate (Bachelors degree preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in receptionist/administrative/data entry roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing/data entry skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
