Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end travel arrangements for clients including flights, hotels, cabs, and visa coordination.
  • Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
  • Manage domestic and international bookings through GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
  • Provide accurate fare quotes, reissues, refunds, and cancellations as per travel policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and airlines to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, visa processes, and global destinations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a travel agency, TMC (Travel Management Company), or corporate travel desk.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre preferred).
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹53,825.49 per month
