Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CAE Analyst to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and fatigue evaluation, with hands-on experience in structural simulations for automotive and off-highway vehicle components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced FEA simulations focusing on structural components such as cooling modules (radiators), chassis, and frames for automotive and heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Conduct fatigue life assessments using industry-standard tools like nCode and FEMFAT, ensuring product durability under cyclic and vibrational loads.
  • Analyze vibration durability and predict fatigue failures based on dynamic loading conditions.
  • Evaluate weld fatigue in compliance with international standards including IIW, Eurocode, and British Standards (BS).
  • Support design teams with hand calculations to validate simulation results and provide engineering insights.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives to streamline simulation workflows and improve efficiency (automation expertise is a strong plus).
