Job Details:

  • CAE analysis using finite element models at various stages of product design and development
  • Lead the structural simulation activities for various product categories such as fans, mixer-grinder, and other upcoming small home appliances
  • Perform simulations to evaluate design at sub-system and system level primarily for quasi-static loads during manufacturing, assembly, and usage
  • Identifying the design risks at early stages of conceptualization and propose design solutions
  • Perform validation of simulation predictions with experimental data
  • Perform drop simulation analysis to design and optimize product packaging
  • Use modal analysis and vibro-acoustic simulations to minimize vibrations and noise in the product experience
