Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru and travelling across all Southern states as necessary. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting our AMR solutions, and closing deals to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development experience, including lead generation and account management
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understanding of industrial automation, robotics, or related technologies is a desired skill
  • Must be fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada languages
  • Must be a good, clear communicator with great persuasion and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant experience
  • This is a tough job so you must be Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
  • Must have a driving licence and own a two wheeler or a four wheeler to visit customers
