Job Description:

  • Must have understanding of SON (Self organized Network), RAN Feature & Parameter trial.
  • Deliver and tune next-generation radio network automated optimization solutions, based on circle team requirements and policies to maximizing gain.
  • Understand the mobile network automation and management area, and contribute to their continuous evolution
  • Participate in technical meetings, monitor network performance, prepare module/feature activation reports, perform acceptance tests and highlight benefits of company products
  • Act as technical point of contact with end customers
  • Provide L3 support for active module , customer and feedback to product and development teams
  • Coding & debugging ( hands-on) skills in Python
  • Hands-on experience in Linux OS, Cron, Bash Scripting etc.
  • Log analysis and troubleshooting skills to identified the bugs & logic issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering required.
  • 2 – 5 years of Hands on experience in RF Optimization/Planning and wireless telecommunications in technologies like 4G & 5G.
  • Strong design, coding and debugging skills
  • Experience in automated deployment/containerization and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
  • Relational databases and SQL knowledge, experience with HDFS databases is a plus.
  • Good organization, quick-learning, problem-solving, presentation, and reporting skills are required
