Key Responsibilities:Practice Unit Infosys BPM Legal Process Management LPMThe Manager Privacy Data Protection is responsible for supporting the client organization s data protection strategy ensuring compliance with global data protection laws egGDPR and serving as the primary liaison with regulatory authoritiesThis role involves strategic oversight policy development risk management and cross functional collaboration to embed in a culture of data privacy and protectionThe role will require both a Legal domain expertise in Privacy Data Protection and practitioner experience combined with Legal and TechnologyWe are looking at motivated outgoing and dynamic individual in managing and delivering the Data Privacy and Data Protection projects including Gen AIExcellent Knowledge and enriched experience including exposure in managing contractual and regulatory compliance Litigation support Matter Management and Legal Research solutions for multi geo and multi industry clientsJob Responsibilities includePrimary ExperienceManaging data protection matters helping Customer s Data Protection Officer DPO team to ensure compliance with the relevant legislative requirements including but not limited to those of GDPR the Data Protection Acts the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the ePrivacy RegulationsDirect interaction with client and its customers on Data Protection casesAssist Customer in responding to complaints from the authorities and support in investigations and gathering informationConduct Data Protection Impact Assessments DPIAs and auditsOversee the Data Protection Unit DPU and manage its operations and staffSupport responses to data breaches and coordinate with legal and IT teams Data Privacy Office for data protection proceduresDevelop and manage Customer s ongoing maturity program for compliance tracking of compliance improvement activitiesAssessing impact of changing regulatory environment and making recommendations for improvementExperience in working on GDPR Data Protection Act 2018 preferred CCPA and other Data Privacy compliancesDraft and update internal data protection policies procedures and guidelinesMaintain privacy KPIs and SLAsProvide support in the management of data protection related policies internal guidelines and materials developing training materialsPlatform experience One Trust BigID Osano and DataGrail etcSecondary ExperienceKnowledge of various legal ops and litigation support projects including Subpoena Legal Hold garnishment eDiscovery and Document Review end to end Contract Managementincluding contractual risk analysis contractual legal compliance projectManaging Teams client operations and governance with Stakeholder managementManaging the quality and SLA adherenceReview and responding to RFI RFP and creating effort estimation and briefing presentationsBrinPreferred Skills:BPM->Leadership - JL6B
