Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Privacy Analyst to join our India based Privacy Ops. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of privacy operations, supporting global initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll play a key role in privacy assessments, tool management, and stakeholder engagement, helping to uphold our commitment to data protection and regulatory compliance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection assessments across business units
• Draft and review privacy-related documentation, reports, and communications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment with privacy requirements
• Monitor and track privacy compliance activities and maintain accurate records
• Stay updated on global data privacy regulations and best practices
• Participate in privacy awareness and training initiatives

What we are looking:

• Strong understanding of data privacy principles (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Quick learner with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Familiarity with privacy tools or GRC platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in law, IT, Business, or related field preferred
