Role Overview
We are seeking a
Business Analyst
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful solution delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals passionate about technology, problem-solving, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements through client interactions, workshops, and research.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and implementation to ensure accurate solution delivery.
  • Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and user documentation.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and client training sessions.
  • Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Support quality assurance processes by validating solutions against requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and translate business needs into functional requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is an added advantage.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Interest or exposure to domains such as Pharmaceutical, FMCG.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
