Responsibilities
:

  • Lead the technical strategy and vision for the company, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development of scalable web architectures using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , , ) and
  • Manage and guide a team of developers, providing mentorship and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
  • Design and develop responsive user interfaces using , , Tailwind CSS, and ensure cross-device compatibility.
  • Implement and manage backend services and serverless functions on Azure and AWS, utilizing MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git, Git Flow, and GitHub Actions to ensure continuous delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain a high standard of development quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring performance, scalability, and security of all applications.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate AI and LLMs into the platform where relevant.

Requirements
:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in MERN stack development (MongoDB, , , ), with
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Fluent knowledge of modern web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, , , Tailwind CSS.
  • Solid understanding of backend development, particularly with , , and MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, especially Git, Git Flow, and GitHub Actions.
  • Strong experience working with cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) and serverless architecture.
  • Proven ability to create scalable web architectures and optimize for performance.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Strong focus on clean, maintainable code and performance optimization.
  • Interest or experience in working with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and business requirements.
