We're Hiring – Senior React Lead (with Project Management Expertise)

Location: Technopark, Trivandrum

Experience: 4+ Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Lead who can combine technical excellence in with strong Project Management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development & deployment of complex web apps using &
  • Provide technical leadership & mentorship to front-end teams
  • Drive project planning, execution & delivery within timelines & quality standards
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers & backend teams for seamless solutions
  • Conduct code reviews & enforce best practices
  • Implement GraphQL, React Query & WebSockets for real-time, scalable solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies

Required Technical Skills:

  • Deep expertise in & (SSR, SSG, API routes)
  • Strong in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS
  • Proficient in Redux / Zustand for state management
  • Experience with GraphQL & React Query
  • Hands-on with WebSockets/real-time communication
  • Solid knowledge of build tools (Webpack/Vite), Git workflows

Leadership & PM Skills:

  • Proven project leadership & team mentoring experience
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

Nice to Have: TypeScript, Testing Frameworks (Jest, Cypress), Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), GraphQL Subscriptions.
