Job Title: HVAC Estimation + Billing Engineer

Experience Required: 1+ Year

Key Responsibilities:Estimation Duties:

  • Cost Estimation:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for HVAC systems, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents to derive accurate estimates.
  • Develop pricing strategies and assess potential risks in project costing.
  • Vendor Coordination:
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure competitive pricing by negotiating with suppliers.
  • Budget Preparation:
  • Create project budgets and align them with client requirements.
  • Track costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Software Utilization:
  • Use tools like MS Excel, estimation software, and ERP systems to create and manage estimates.

Billing Duties:

  • Invoice Preparation:
  • Generate client invoices based on project milestones and BOQs.
  • Verify and process subcontractor and supplier bills.
  • Reconciliation:
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of project costs and billing records.
  • Verify quantities of materials used and work completed against project specifications.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all bills, invoices, and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management.
  • Coordination:
  • Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers for accurate billing and cost tracking.
  • Address any client queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies promptly.
