Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support our hiring process. This position will give you exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process from different job portals, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for applicants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Posting job openings on various job portals.
  • Screen resumes and share shortlisted profiles with the HR Head
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker sheet
  • Support in daily Hr activities.
  • Communicate updates to candidates and ensure a good candidate experience
  • Assist HR Head with onboarding formalities for selected candidates

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication (verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing final year)
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR internship preferred
  • Familiarity with job portals like Apna, Indeed & Naukri is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
