You Are Responsible For

  • Leading the daily operations in the surface treatment and painting department to meet production targets.
  • Implementing best practices in surface preparation, coating application, and quality assurance.
  • Conducting inspections and audits to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and specifications.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

  • A background in engineering or a related field, preferably with experience in aerospace manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of surface treatment processes and painting techniques specific to the aerospace industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
