The Business Analyst plays a key role in the Business Leadership and Management job family by leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making, optimize business processes, and drive organizational growth. This position involves analyzing business needs, gathering and interpreting data, and providing actionable recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis:
Identify and analyze business needs, problems, and opportunities by gathering and evaluating data from various sources.
Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and decisions.
Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
Project Support:
assist in the planning and execution of business projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals admonitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and provide support to ensure successful project delivery.
Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
