We are scaling quickly and need a strong financial backbone to support growth across retail stores, e-commerce, and international markets.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant who can lead our Accounts and Finance function with clarity, discipline, and ownership. This is a senior role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, internal financial controls, vendor-payroll-tax systems, and reporting for management and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accounting and Books

Oversee daily accounting and ledger entries in Zoho Books or Tally

Ensure month-end and year-end closing with full accuracy

Maintain financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow reports

  1. Compliance

GST filing and reconciliation for multi-state operations

TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Advance Tax

Assist in statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors

  1. Financial Management

Prepare financial plans, budgets, and cost controls

Manage cash flow, working capital, vendor payments, purchase planning

Introduce internal controls to prevent leakages or errors

  1. Reporting

Submit weekly and monthly financial dashboards to management

Support fundraising, investor reporting, valuations when needed

  1. Team and Process

Guide junior accountants and develop SOPs for accounting processes

Work closely with Purchase, Production, and Retail Store teams for smooth operations

Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory)

3+ years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing or retail preferred

Strong understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit processes

Ability to create structured systems in a growing company

Ownership mindset and attention to detail
