Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and supervise Warehouse Associates: Assigned Order Selectors, Receiving, Shipping, or any other Warehouse personnel.
  • Control production standards, the accuracy of inventory, using proper accuracy programs and systems.
  • Process store returns and returns to vendors using proper company policies.
  • Coordinate with Inventory Control associates regarding slotting, product rotation, and space allocation. Maintain daily inventory and accuracy records.
  • Conduct daily crew meetings to discuss safety, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Communicate with Transportation on the flow and receipt of backhauls.
  • Supervise scheduling of inbound load appointments.
  • Responsible to sign for, sort, and distribute inbound, overnight carrier, and mail service deliveries.
  • Walk the warehouse daily with Superintendent, to ensure that safety, security, sanitation, and pest control codes, laws, and policies are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with all departments.
  • Experience in EMS & eWMS.
