Essential Job Functions:

  • Strategic Program Planning & Execution
  • Support planning and execution of annual people and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate with PAMs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are aligned and delivered on time.
  • Community & Engagement Support
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team culture across the PPS group.
  • Maintain consistent communication and ensure teams stay informed and connected.
  • Learning & Development Enablement
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for cohort programs, learning sessions, and leadership connects.
  • Work with stakeholders to support capability-building initiatives.
  • Space & Resource Operations
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, workspace requests, surveys, and large team events like townhalls.
  • Work with admin and facilities teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
:

  • Years of Exp: 4-6 years

Core Skills

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
  • Basic project management and planning skills
  • Good stakeholder-handling and collaboration abilities
  • Proactive and detail oriented.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience coordinating events or learning programs.
