About Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Team Lead with a strong background in the Market Research industry [B2b Industry]. The ideal candidate will lead digital initiatives, optimize marketing performance, and guide a team to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to strengthen brand presence and increase lead generation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to enhance online visibility and organic reach. (Mandatory Skill)
  • Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing clients, and maximize conversions. (Mandatory Skill)
  • Strategize and oversee social media marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and boost engagement across platforms.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to create and distribute valuable, industry-relevant content for targeted audiences.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure, interpret, and enhance marketing performance through actionable insights.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline, automate, and evaluate marketing operations.
  • Apply conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve user experience and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Maintain a structured, disciplined approach to executing marketing plans, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide the digital marketing team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to execution and optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
