What You Will Do (Your Mission):

Your core mission will be to captivate audiences and drive traffic. You will be trained and mentored in the most critical areas of modern digital marketing:

• AI-Powered Content Creation: Master the art of using cutting-edge LLMs like ChatGPT and Perplexity to research, ideate, and craft compelling, high-quality content (blogs, articles, social media posts) that ranks on Google and resonates with readers.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Dive deep into the world of SEO. You'll learn and implement the strategies that get websites to the top of Google search results, from keyword research and on-page optimization to link-building tactics.
• Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns. You'll learn how to build a community, define a brand voice, and turn followers into fans across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Email Marketing: Learn to design, write, and manage email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and build lasting relationships with our audience.
• Analytics & Strategy: You won't just be creating; you'll be measuring. Learn how to use analytics tools to track your impact, understand what's working, and contribute to our overall marketing strategy.

Who We're Looking For (The Ideal Candidate):

• A recent college graduate (2024/2025 pass-out) from any stream, though a background in Marketing, Communications, English, or Business is a plus.
• Based in Pune and able to commute to our office 2-3 days a week.
• An excellent writer with a strong command of the English language.
• Genuinely curious and excited about technology, especially AI, LLMs, and the future of search.
• A proactive self-starter who is hungry to learn, experiment, and grow.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
