Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage customer quotations, proforma invoices and proposals.
  • Support sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Coordinate withvendors for timely procurement and service support.
  • Maintain customer records, follow up on inquiries, and ensure order processing.
  • Assist in documentation, reporting, and MIS related to sales operations.
  • Act as a link between clients, sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & coordination skills
  • Knowledge of quotation and order management
  • Vendor management & negotiation
  • MS Office / ERP proficiency

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Any Graduation
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role in manufacturing/industrial domain.
