About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager (Software Architect) to lead our engineering team and drive the end-to-end architecture of scalable, AI-integrated applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader proficient in , , Python, and experienced with AWS or any major cloud platform for deployment and hosting. Experience in AI/ML is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership & Architecture

· Architect, design, and oversee scalable and maintainable software systems.

· Drive technology selection, coding standards, and architectural best practices.

· Review technical designs and ensure alignment with business needs and scalability goals.

  1. Hands-On Development

· Actively contribute to development in critical modules , , Python).

· Optimize code for performance, maintainability, and security.

· Integrate AI/ML models into the application stack (where applicable).

  1. Deployment & Cloud Management

· Manage application deployment and hosting on AWS or other cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).

· Design scalable infrastructure using services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, etc.

· Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud monitoring, and cost-efficient solutions.

  1. Communication & Project Execution

· Collaborate closely with Business Analysts (BAs) to gather and understand requirements.

· Translate business requirements into User Stories and technical tasks in Jira.

· Ensure clear documentation, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.

  1. Team & Process Management

· Mentor engineers and promote a high-performance engineering culture.

· Conduct code reviews, ensure technical excellence, and help resolve technical blockers.

· Work in an Agile environment, collaborating with QA, DevOps, Design, and Product teams.

Technical Skills Required:

· Backend: (Express/Nest), REST API design, Authentication & Authorization.

· Frontend: , Redux, Hooks, Component-based design, Webpack/Vite.

· Python: Proficiency in Python for AI/ML integration or microservice support.

· AI/ML (Good to Have): TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, FastAPI.

· Cloud:

o Mandatory experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platform for deployment & hosting.

o Familiarity with serverless architecture, auto-scaling, logging, and monitoring tools.

· DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform (optional).

· Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch (as applicable).

· Tools: Jira (for sprint/task tracking), Git, Postman, Figma (basic).

Preferred Qualifications:

· B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and team collaboration.

· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Sprint Planning, User Story creation, and task breakdown.

· Certifications in AWS, cloud architecture, or relevant technologies will be a plus.

Nice-to-Have:

· Exposure to LLMs, chatbot frameworks, OpenAI API, or custom model deployments.

· Prior work on recommendation systems, NLP, or AI-powered analytics.

· Open-source contributions or published technical articles.
