Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven professional to provide consultative support in the setup and execution of new projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to understand requirements, drive process improvements, manage operational performance, and lead business reviews. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement, while fostering a high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role involves providing consultative support in setting up and executing new projects, understanding customer requirements, and evaluating the feasibility of technical designs.
  • You will collaborate with lead consultants and program managers to ensure high-quality project delivery while maintaining regular communication with clients to address challenges and action items.
  • Timely report delivery in alignment with SLAs and SOW commitments is essential.
  • The role also includes tracking project and operational health metrics to drive continuous improvement, coordinating with internal teams such as IT, Quality, Risk, Information Security, and HR, and presenting regular business reviews to clients.
  • Additional responsibilities include managing escalations through root cause analysis, implementing control measures, deploying business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, mentoring team members through defined KRAs and regular feedback, addressing skill gaps, and fostering a performance-driven team culture.

Knowledge of analytical & reporting tools


•      Experience in managing competitive & market intelligence projects


•      Experience in managing analytics & competitive intelligence projects in retail, hitech or travel domain


•      Knowledge of any data management or BI Tool


•      Knowledge of e-commerce industry

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in MS-Office applications with good knowledge of Excel & power point
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills along with interpersonal skills
  • Capable of leading a team of ~10-20 analysts / senior analysts & guide them to ensure delivery
