Role Overview
We're looking for a
Sales Executive
to drive revenue growth by building relationships with customers, handling inbound/outbound sales, and converting leads into long-term buyers. This role requires ownership, persistence, and the ability to connect Divine Hindu's spiritual offering with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound leads from calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms into sales
- Generate outbound leads through follow-ups, referrals, and prospecting
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their spiritual & product needs
- Maintain sales pipelines, track conversions, and ensure monthly revenue targets are met
- Coordinate with operations and customer support for smooth order fulfillment
- Share market feedback with the team to refine products, offers, and sales strategy
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience (D2C, retail, or telesales preferred)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills in
English + Hindi - Target-oriented with a "never give up" attitude
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse customers
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, or sales trackers
