We're Hiring | International Voice Process – Night Shift

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Gurgaon sec 19 , Udyog vihar

About the Role:

Join our International Voice Process team and engage with US-based clients. If you're persuasive, energetic, and customer-focused, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic organization.


Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US

* Pitch our logistics and freight services confidently

* Understand client needs and suggest tailored solutions

* Maintain accurate follow-ups and CRM records


Requirements:

* Fluent in English (spoken & written)

* Confident and patient during calls

* Prior experience in international calling or sales is a plus
