Role Overview

The Analyst – Founder's Office is a strategic role that involves working closely with the leadership team on high-priority projects and initiatives that directly impact the organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in an evolving business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with leadership on high-impact initiatives, ensuring execution and follow-through.
  • Conduct research, break down complex problems, and provide data-backed insights that influence critical decisions.
  • Manage high-priority projects, optimize internal workflows, and ensure seamless cross-team collaboration.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and presentations that tell a compelling story with numbers.
  • Support fundraising, investor updates, and strategic partnerships with precise execution.
  • No two days will be the same. You'll take on ad-hoc challenges and keep things moving at startup speed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for clear and concise reporting.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, AI tools, and project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and execution excellence.
