We are urgently hiring an experienced and proactive MEP Engineer to join our project execution team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works to ensure smooth and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical systems (including panels & DGs), fire-fighting systems, water supply, drainage, and plumbing networks.
  • Review and interpret MEP drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate execution at site.
  • Conduct inspections, verify measurements, check workmanship. Ensure all works are as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress reports.
  • Keep track of actual progress vs schedule and get contractor to take corrective measures if schedule is slipping
  • Collaborate with Architect, MEP Consultant, Contractor & internal team to resolve MEP-related challenges.
  • Support Contractor in material & manpower planning and documentation for inspections & approvals.
  • Ensure that the MEP systems are implemented according to design plans, regulatory standards and project specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • B Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience in MEP project execution working for a contractor.
  • Additional work experience with MEP Consultant/PMC will get some weightage.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Electrical systems, plumbing designs, and fire-fighting standards.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and monitoring on-site works.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
