Hiring for IT Operations-Store & Warehouse

Years of Experience : 4 to 5 years

Location : Mumbai

Educational Qualification : BE or B .Sc IT + MBA in Systems

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage network and internet connectivity for all retail stores and warehouses monitoring uptime, resolving outages, and coordinating with ISPs.
  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, firewalls, and switches across at Warehouse.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Store IT Support Team
  • Coordinate patch management and ensure timely deployment of endpoint security updates across HO systems.
  • Ensure all systems at Head Office have the latest OS and software versions, including critical apps, antivirus, and OS updates.
  • Work closely with endpoint management tools (Anti-Virus /CrowdStrike) to maintain compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor in Any Stream / Diploma in IT

  • Microsoft \ Network Certification will Preferred (MCSA, CompTIA, CCNA)
  • 4-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure/network support. (Preferred from Retail Background)
  • Hands-on experience with network devices (Firewall, L2- L3 Switches), Wireless Access Points/Controller, patching tools, and endpoint update tools.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security and compliance.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
