Job Title: Trainee Engineer

Job-Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer to join our team and gain hands-on experience in engineering projects. This entry-level position is designed to provide comprehensive training, practical exposure, and mentorship to develop the technical and professional skills required for a successful engineering career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
  • Support site visits, inspections, and data collection activities.
  • Prepare basic engineering drawings, reports, and documentation under supervision.
  • Learn to use engineering software and tools relevant to the project.
  • Participate in technical discussions and training sessions.
  • Follow safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Perform assigned tasks diligently and report progress to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline).
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop engineering skills.
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAD or other engineering software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
