About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ITOM Developer for a contractual engagement to support and enhance our ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) environment. The role requires strong technical expertise in ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB, along with hands-on development and integration experience.

As an onsite position in Mumbai, this role will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and operations teams to ensure seamless ITOM delivery, automation, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM modules – Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise applications.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and governance within the CMDB.
  • Enhance automation workflows to improve system visibility and monitoring.
  • Work with IT and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot ITOM-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure system stability.
  • Document designs, configurations, and support procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–8 years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3+ years in ITOM implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB design/maintenance.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP Web Services, and integrations.
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist certification.
  • Experience with Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP), Orchestration, APM, or CSDM.
  • Prior experience in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow deployments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹496, ₹1,745,688.90 per year
