Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales position located in Chandigarh. The Sales professional will be responsible for interacting with potential clients, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, managing customer accounts, and conducting training sessions for new members on the sales team. The Sales professional will also be expected to provide feedback and improve sales techniques regularly.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for team members
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in logistics or e-commerce sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
