What you will do:
- Responsible for handling Facilities Management, including the supervision of housekeeping/security staffs, and facilitation of all office functions and services such as facility inspections.
- Manage Transport Operations, including Routing, Rostering, Stakeholder and vendor management.
- General management of the office, focusing on operational efficiency and effective communication.
- Will be responsible for Training the drivers , MIS Management, Compliance and Document management.
- You will be the primary liaison between our company, staff, and office building management, you will provide essential information, answer questions, and respond to various requests
- Coordinate and participate in company-wide event management activities.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as generating and distributing letters, spreadsheets, forms, and sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Proactively investigate the procurement of office-related equipment and build relationships with vendors
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing travel arrangements.
- Assisting your supervisor in various administrative tasks and suggesting actions to build an enabling environment within the company
What you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university
- Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in managing Facilities and administration in a corporate setup
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Good stakeholder and Vendor Management skills
